What: AOK is helping 2 brave Kalani Students build a fake house. When the house is finished it will be used to teach special needs kids practical living skills. More info below.

When: Saturdays 1/20, 2/3, 2/10, 3/2, and 3/16. 8am to 3pm

I got the opportunity to build a stage for a church organ and audio equipment.

We build some beams to hold giant doors, some window frames and a place to put chicken coops

Manly Movie Night

Join us for a very manly viewing of the Barbie movie. We will have nachos and wings and beer and if at any point during the movie you feel emotional you may fist bump the man next to you. 

AOK Foundation will bring down their Great Big Games so kids can play on them.

On Sept 1-3 we helped tony build a deck at Camp Erdman.

Upcoming - Camp Anuenue July 25th

Each year we raise money so we can cook dinner, give away prizes and set up a a huge game night for the kids of Camp Anuenue (A childhood cancer program).

Couldn't be prouder of Alex. She just spoke to a class of 4th graders at Lunalilo Elementary (Officer Ed's connection) on volunteering, being awarded the Presidential Service Award and Co Founding AOK Foundation.

April 1st: Building/ Paint Tiny Homes with Kalani High School

I built some cute quite spaces at sunshine school. It’s a place where a kid can go and calm down if they are having a fussy day. They are up high and have a little window so that the kids can look out at their classmates and come and join the group when they are ready.

In a fun twist of fate, Aloha shed is making closets for Hui Mahi’ ai Aina homeless community. They have a bunch of left over shipping containers that are the perfect size. They are simply adding in a closet pole and some shelves. Done
