When: Tuesday, July 25th. 4pm for chefs. 5:50pm for gamers.
Where: Camp Mokuleia
Who: Volunteers must be fully vaccinated, and wear masks and RSVP to Evan and test the day of.
Dress: in a costume, a tuxedo shirt and black pants is a great costume. (feel free to bring a costume to change into (It’s hard to do the cooking part in a costume), (or extra costumes for others)
Bring a mask. We will wear masks while cooking and maybe other times.
Please RSVP to Evan Knight 398-7301. Let me know when you can come and help, and/or what prizes you would like to donate.
Schedule: 4pm we set up and start cooking. 6pm we serve dinner to the kids. 6:30ish we eat dinner ourselves. 7pm we set up for a huge game night. Game night ends around 9pm.

Vaccine Policy
Don’t come if you feel sick.
Please do a covid test before arriving on site. (We have if you need)
Bring your vaccination card (paper or digital)
Everyone will wear masks while working with the food
Anyone who is boosted can take their mask off during the games part, if we are outside.
Day of Schedule:
Noon - load the van, sort through everything
1:30p Pick up Costco Grocery list.
3:30pm Unload all games and food to back area
5pm meal prep

5:45 T-up (all volunteers are there)
