Calm Corners
I built some cute quite spaces at sunshine school. It’s a place where a kid can go and calm down if they are having a fussy day. They are up high and have a little window so that the kids can look out at their classmates and come and join the group when they are ready.
Aloha Shed closets
In a fun twist of fate, Aloha shed is making closets for Hui Mahi’ ai Aina homeless community. They have a bunch of left over shipping containers that are the perfect size. They are simply adding in a closet pole and some shelves. Done

Upcoming: Baseball Batting Cages, Bleachers, Baseball Dug outs in Moili’ili Neighborhood Park (Stadium Park)
Currently Moili’ili Park is occupied by houseless people. We would like to build some amenities in the park to encourage the public to use it and discourage the houseless from living there.
Upcoming: Community Gardens on Wilder
Currently houseless people are living below the bridge that goes over the freeway connecting Wilder Ave and Bingham St. We would like to turn this into a community Garden.
How Long Things Last in a House
I’ve been fixing up high end homes for 25 years and I’ve noticed how quickly things break. I thought I would let everybody know my opinion how how long the stuff in your house will last.

Tree House Octagon on the Big Island
We are going to build an Octagon Deck about 14 Feet wide sitting on 2 fallen Trees. It will have 4x4s as poles to support the railing. The railing will be made of branches from the property. It will have an 8ft steep staircase with similar railing. Eye hooks will be mounted on the edges so people can tie a tent to it and camp out in it.
