Sunshine School Project/ Presidential Volunteer Service Award Ceremony

Charity Project that same day:
Before we got to party and hand out some amazing awards, we have a charity project to do at Sunshine School.
JOB LIST:
install an outside entrance to the kids bathroom from the playground.
Build a small landing
Install stairs
install railing
Install a fiberglass door RH
Double sensory table
Adult Chair low to the ground
Cut our (2) square and (1) rectangle tables in half
Finish off the trim work on the deck
SCHEDULE:
8am Volunteers show up - start work
set up painting area first thing
11:30 Lunch
3pm wrap up the project
4pm Set up for Kenny’s Birthday and Award Ceremony
5pm Guests start arriving
5:30 Happy Birthday Kenny
5:40 Get people to go by the river for award ceremony
5:45 Award Ceremony
6:00 hang out a bit and clean up
7pm Out of Sunshine School
