Iteration

I’m a big fan of iteration because it works in construction. 

What doesn’t work:

Some people expect something to be done perfectly the first time. “Let’s do it right the first time” This is a terrible idea. It often does not work and usually ends up costing more.

A better solution especially in construction is to build something 99% good then if it needs improvement it’s not a ground up improvement it’s a slight tweak.
